Currently we have four campuses in the heart of Shanghai. Three of these are preschools for children aged 0-3 years old, while one campus is a kindergarten.

Xuhui, Yongjia Road (Kindergarten)

Melodie Aubao Kindergarten has been completely redecorated and upgraded and is open again to welcome all our old and new friends back to our beautiful new look campus! First opened in 2009, Melodie Aubao Kindergarten is a full-time kindergarten, with both summer and winter schools. We welcome children aged 2-6 years old to enjoy our stimulating and exciting kindergarten program.

This classic Shanghai villa located down a quiet lane off Yongjia Road in the beautiful tree-lined streets of Xuhui district. It has very spacious, bright classrooms, a roof-top outdoor space, a classroom dedicated to the JELIC logic training system, an indoor little gym, an art room, and a Montessori classroom. There is also a great outdoor play area where kids can play and explore.

Our Facilities

Although each campus has its own characteristics, but there is one thing in common: each campus is filled with different cultural elements and flavors from around the world. Two common traits can be found in every child at Melodie: happiness and confidence.

Playground

Every Melodie playground has artificial grass for children to run and play freely, as well climbing equipment, slides, toy cars and bikes, which are all favorites among children's outdoor sports.

The playground has a quiet and comfortable flower and plant area, where children can plant their favorite plants to accompany their growth.

Academic Building

Each Melodie school building is bright and modern, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The large glass windows ensure plenty of natural light indoors and makes it feel very spacious, allowing the children to thrive in a relaxed and bright environment.

Classroom

Each classroom at Melodie has a spacious activity area, and the classroom and activity area are divided into different corners, which are designed to allow children to quickly enter into the teaching situation under the guidance of the teacher and to stimulate learning without realizing it.

The classroom environment rotates with the different themes of the year. We allow the children to be transported to different time periods, cultures and customs through the creation of different themed environments to learn about the world.

Creative Art Room

In the creative art room, children are led by teachers to express themselves artistically and show some creativity. Children can develop their imagination to create their own beauty and feel the magic of art.
