Our Philosophy

 

UNIQUENESS

Every child is unique! Every child has an individual way of thinking, feeling and interacting with others.

 

Some children are shy and others are outgoing, some are active, while others are calm, some may be fretful, while others are easy-going. In our nurturing environment, it’s our job to encourage them to embrace their uniqueness and celebrate their individual qualities.

 

We encourage your involvement at all times and hold parents’ events and consultations. You will be invited to come in and support your child at various events over the course of the year.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

At Melodie, one of our main aims is to teach children how to effectively communicate, we want to give every child the tools and the desire to be super learners.

 

Educators and children should not be the relationship between ‘the protector and the protected’. A more cheerful relationship will help children become little adventurers.

 

In other words, our goal is to provide children aged 0-4 with a system that can help them to develop and learn continuously, so that they can get better development opportunities in their life and grow into a healthy, confident, successful and happy person.

 

 

GROWTH

We follow the UK’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) education system, which covers various fields of growth mainly including seven learning areas:

• communication and language

• physical development

• personal, social and emotional development

• literacy

• mathematics

• understanding the world

• expressive arts and design

 

Children are born with the innate desire to learn about the world around them - and we take pride in ensuring this is at the forefront of our learning. We focus on looking after the environment and helping them to understand the community.
